Alloooo. 
I have been observing this site, from afar, for quite some time.
I've been helped out by it many times when on my frequent VSTi hunts.
So I thought it was about time I came in to land, so to speak, and introduced myself.
I am a synth musician, currently doing lots of gothic EBM, darkwave and industrial stuff... gotta keep up with the times... but if I had my way, I'd be doing lots more New Romantic, Synth Pop and Spacesynth.
I was very, very young when spacesynth was first about but I, being a sci-fi and computer fan, got into it from a very early age, way back in the 1970's. By my teens (in the 80's) I was a hardcore synth fan and to this day I still compose the odd Spacesynth instrumental and even the odd New Romantic song.
When I do Spacesynth I tend to go the whole hog. Video's will be coming soon, but whether it's a live performance or a video I wear "The Tomorrow People" like clothing and use retro video effects aplenty.
I will post up a couple of tracks fairly soon.

Thanks for the welcome everybod'.
I have uploaded a track to let you hear what I do. I've put the link in the Musicians Corner section of the forum.. 'seemed to make more sense there.
I hope to post that and more onto spacesynth.net itself. I will look into that soon. |
